COVID 19 UPDATE
CSCD COVID-19 UPDATE::: During these unprecedented times we wanted to insure you that we are still working hard to maintain our all-important infrastructure in the District and prepare for what we hope will be another great, memory-filled summer. Our office staff is still here taking phone calls for bill payments, work order requests, and more. Nick is still assisting with building applications. Our officers are still keeping everyone safe. And our guys are still out in the field everyday working on our infrastructure and completing work order requests.
Things are, however, changing daily if not quicker. As of right now we are maintaining a closed lobby and closed maintenance facility. We are still fully staffed and working hard, just not letting anyone else in the physical building at this time. Also please know, that regardless of any mandatory quarantines or what not, we will still have officers on duty and Josh and his crew will still be maintaining our critical infrastructure. Board meetings and Commission meetings will NOT BE IN PERSON utilizing the updated Open-Door Law set forth by Indiana Governor Holcomb. The Board will still meet as planned, but it will be via telecommunications. If you have a concern or something that needs to be addressed to the Board, please email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve that concern and/or get it in front of the Board.
Regarding 2020 Boat Decal Renewals, once we can reopen the office lobby, we will begin selling decals. For now you can call the office or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ask for your decals to be put in “will-call.” If all your boats are the same as last season, we will have your decals ready to be picked up, all you will need to do is sign and pay. This will speed up the process for you when you come in. Beach passes will also be available at that time.
We ask that you maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet if you must approach our crew while they are working. Please do not approach our vehicles to talk with us. Our crew has been informed to NOT shake hands or make any kind of physical contact with any customers, vendors, or even fellow employees. We are also sanitizing all trucks and the office constantly all day.
We know that many of our seasonal residents might be thinking about returning to the Lakes early (if you must be self-quarantined what better place!). We look forward to servicing your needs as best as we can. Again, utilize the phone, email, or the online work order portal for all work order related items. So far, our guys have been able to keep up with demand on the work orders, but please try and give us a 24-hour notice if you need water turned on/off. The office number is 317.933.2893 and we are staffed Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4pm. You can email the Superintendent directly for work order requests at email@example.com. Finally you can log on for free on our customer portal site which is https://citizenportal.dudesolutions.com/CordrySweetwaterCD.
Continue to follow our social media pages for local updates. We pray for the health and well-being of our community as well as the entire world as we all deal with this pandemic together.
