CSLOA Clubhouse

The CSLOA Clubhouse is owned and maintained by the Lot Owners Association through the Lot Owners membership dues. The Clubhouse features a fullsize kitchen and is a great venue for wedding receptions, birthday parties, family gatherings, reunions, celebrations of life, and more!

As a CSLOA member, a Lot Owner can rent the clubhouse for a discounted rate of $150. A Lot Owner who is not a member can still rent out the clubhouse for $250. In both cases, a $200 refundable deposit is required.
